Raptly

Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-09-01

These terms govern use of this website and of the Raptly app and owner cockpit, provided by Raptly Inc. If a business has a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs its use of the service and prevails where it differs from these terms.

Accepting these terms

By using this website or the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

The service

The service consists of a mobile app for technicians and a web cockpit for owners and office staff of home-services businesses. We may improve or change features over time.

The mobile app runs on iPhone and iPad.

Accounts and devices

The business is responsible for the people it adds to its account, for keeping sign-in links and pairing codes private, and for removing access when someone leaves.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account or device has been used without permission.

Your data

The business owns the information it and its technicians put into the service. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The business is responsible for having the rights and consents needed to provide that information to us, including consent from its customers where the law requires it.

Connected software

When a business connects its field-service management software, the connection starts read-only. Nothing is written back until the business switches on write-back for a category, after a trial period. The business can return to read-only at any time.

The business remains responsible for the records in its own software and for its agreements with the providers of the software and devices it connects.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: do not attempt to access other businesses’ information, interfere with the service’s security or operation, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Do not use the service to monitor people in ways the law does not allow.

Drafts and suggestions

Some features produce drafts for a person to confirm, such as job fields from a voice note, price-book matches and proposed revenue credits for shared jobs. Review them before relying on them. For revenue credits, the owner chooses whether proposals wait for review or are applied automatically.

Intellectual property

We own the service, this website and their content, other than the information businesses put into the service. These terms give you a limited right to use them as intended and no other rights.

Disclaimers

Except as stated in a signed agreement, the website and the service are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from use of the website or the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
